Authorization Processing Status

Use:

This page is used to display the results of an Authorization.

Results:

This page allows you to examine details of the Authorization.

Access the page:

This page is displayed automatically once:

• the Add Authorization button is clicked on the New Authorization page; or,

• the Update button is clicked on the View/Update Authorization page.

How to:

There is only one action you may perform on this page.  You may click the OK button.  The OK button provides quick navigation to:

• the Create a New Authorization page if you have added an authorization.

• the Manage Authorizations page if you have modified an authorization.

Note:  Failure to click the OK button does not impact the authorization addition or modification; however, it is highly recommended that you use the buttons and menus within the ADAM application, rather than any browser buttons, to navigate efficiently in ADAM.

Group Authorizations:

If the authorization is for a group then the Authorized To field will display the name of the group rather than the ID associated with each individual.

Below is a screen print which shows a sample authorization created in ADAM.  Notice the following:

• The authorization was created by user = MRYAN;

• The authorization was for user = CEASTWOOD.  This user is now an End User;

• The organization is the Northern Weed Committee;

• The profile is IAPP_PROGRAM_MANAGER;

• The authorization is effective from September 09 2008 to October 09 2008; and,

• The authorization is enabled.

• An email notification, for this authorization, was successfully sent.
