Delegation Processing Status

Use:

This page is used to display the results of a delegation.  

Results:

This page allows you to view the details of the delegation.

Access the page:

This page is displayed automatically once:

•  the Create Delegation button is clicked on the New Delegation page

• or the Update Delegation button is clicked on the Update Delegation page.

Note:  The Confirm User page may be displayed prior to this page if you have manually entered the User ID.

How to:

There is only one action you may perform on this page.  You may click the OK button.   The OK button provides quick navigation to:

• the Create a New Delegation page if you have added a delegation.

• the Manage Delegations page if you have modified a delegation.

Note:  Failure to click the OK button does not impact the delegation addition or modification; however, it is highly recommended that you use the buttons and menus within the ADAM application, rather than any browser buttons, to navigate efficiently in ADAM.

Below is a screen print which shows a sample delegation created in ADAM.  Notice the following:

• The delegation was created by user = MRYAN;

• The delegation was for user = LBACALL.  This user is now an Authorization Grantor;

• The organization is the Northern Weed Committee;

• The profile is IAPP_Program_Manager;

• The delegation is effective from September 03 2008 to Nov 30 2008;

• The delegation is enabled; and,

• An email notification, for this delegation, was successfully sent.
