First Time Users

This Workbook is designed to give you a general understanding of implementation and explain what is involved in the implementation process, from preparation and planning (Chapters 2 and 3) to the actual implementation tasks (Chapter 4). It also provides you with access to the tools and resources to assist your implementation project. It does not plan your implementation project for you or hold your hand through the use of each tool.

Each chapter starts with an "Introduction" explaining what to expect in that chapter, and ends with a "Summary" so you can look back over that chapter's learning.

This chapter (Chapter 1) gives you an overview of the Workbook, so you can get the most out of it.

In Chapter 1 you will learn:
