In this chapter, you will learn how to move your action plan from theory to practice. This is the next phase of your implementation and where you actually start to - Implement the Action Plan. It is highly recommended that you complete Chapter 3: Create Action Plan prior to starting this chapter.

You have already learned how to move from the "Get Organized " phase of your implementation to the "Decide to Proceed" phase. Now, it is time to actually implement the action plan that you have so carefully developed. By completing this chapter, you will learn how to put into action the final tasks of a successful implementation.

This chapter is expected to take you approximately 10 minutes to complete. If possible, try to complete this chapter in one sitting.
