Welcome to the Workbook! The VIHA Practice
Change Implementation Workbook was developed to provide you
with the informational resources for implementing a practice change,
including clinical and professional standards, anywhere in the
Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA).
It will provide you with a general framework
which can be adopted for various types of implementation projects.
With easy-to-use checklists and templates, helpful questions and
VIHA resource information, the Workbook will guide you through
the implementation process.
