Congratulations! You have successfully completed Chapter Three: Create Action Plan.

By using the chapter and incorporating feedback from your stakeholders, you will be well on your way to establishing your implementation project. At this point, you will know that your project is a "go" and have decided to proceed. The fun part lies ahead - implementing the action plan and seeing your project become a reality. The action plan you have started will help you to identify the various implementation activities, who will be involved and the timeline for completion.

Reflect on your project and the changes you are preparing to implement. What actions will work in the environment that you are in? Who will be affected - can you identify at least three stakeholder groups? What differing implementation challenges might you face with respect to each of these groups? Lastly, have you started your action plan and thought of how you will communicate with your stakeholders?

Now that you have successfully completed Chapter 3: Create Action Plan, you should be able to easily identify and create a dialogue with stakeholders, develop implementation strategies and create two key documents - your Action Plan & Budget.

You are now ready to move onto the next chapter, Chapter 4: Implement Action Plan.
