When finalizing the Action Plan, you may find it helpful to think about these tasks in terms of:

  • What has to be done?

  • Who will do the work?

  • When does the work need to be done by?

  • Where will the activities take place?

  • How will the work get done?

Use the Action Plan to organize your project planning. The Action Plan will serve as your "roadmap" as you progress through your implementation project.
