Next Steps | |
Once you've implemented the action plan, you need to continually monitor progress and stakeholder feedback. Remember you may need to develop contingency plans based on the specifics of your project and any feedback you've received.
Take a moment to reflect on past implementation projects you have been involved with. Was it clear:
- What had to be done?

- Who did the scheduling and made sure the tasks were accomplished?

- When the work needed to be done by?

- Where the activities took place?

- How the work got done?

- Were there lessons to be learned from your past projects or strategies you might want to re-use?
Stakeholders
It is important to remember that we generally work in a dynamic environment so be prepared to adjust your action plan if necessary.
It is important to properly identify and communicate with the various stakeholders who might be affected by the implementation. Remember, communication is a two way street incorporating stakeholder's feedback is essential. You should discuss the implementation with each stakeholder group and try to obtain as much feedback as possible.
