We design and develop learning programs which blend traditional classroom training approaches with eLearning approaches. Often a blended approach to training is the ideal solution for organizations looking to improve training cost effectiveness while still maintaining face-to-face and “hands on” practical connection with learners.
We create classroom-based training solutions. These are particularly sought after for hands on tasks which require the facilitator to observe a candidate in action. We have also developed Transport Canada accredited courses for clients in the Maritime sector.
