- Identify the elements essential to a successful implementation;

- Determine feasibility

- Plan for an effective evaluation.
Take a moment to reflect upon your project's feasibility. You should have organized enough information to allow you to assess the project from a realistic perspective. Have you gathered the support necessary to make your project feasible? If not, decide to stop, document your reasons and inform your sponsor and stakeholder group.
If your project is a "go", continue on
to the next chapter for an in-depth look at the planning process.
